Scott Savel, Certified Senior Advisor - CEO - Scott Savel is the owner of Griswold Home Care, a Certified Senior Advisor and a licensed Realtor. Scott is a founding member of the North Valley and West Valley Coalition on Aging, NVCOA.org and WVCOA.org, non-profit senior resource group. With Mosaic Care Resources, Scott has utilized his experience in the senior industry and brought together a team of industry experts to help seniors and their families with their questions and needs. Thomas Corrigan MSW,CMC - Director and Managing Partner of Care Management - Thom Corrigan has over 35 years experience as a Social Worker and as a Certified Geriatric Care Manager. He is passionate about helping clients and families in need. Thom has advanced training in gerontology, Alzheimer's, mental health and grief counseling. He also consults with attorneys and wealth care managers; providing life care planning for seniors and adults with special needs. He provides advocacy for his clients and their families through collaboration with other professionals. Thom is now bringing his extensive experience and knowledge to the Mosaic Care Resources team.

Lee Ann Reichow RN CM - Nurse Care Manager and Patient Advocate - Lee Ann Reichow has over 35 years of nursing experience and throughout her career has cared for the tiniest patients in the newborn intensive care to seniors at the end of life.  Lee Ann believes in open and honest communication to establish your personal values and preferences, which are the most important part in creating a positive healthcare experience.  Lee Ann is passionate about communicating your preferences to your care providers and advocating in your best interest.  With her large network of resources, Lee Ann can coordinate healthcare, home care, education, life care planning, financial resources and senior living placement.  Lee Ann is a member of American Case Management Association, Arizona Association of Patient Advocates and the National Placement and Referral Alliance.

 

Stephanie Altman CDP - Director of Senior Transition Services -  Stephanie Altman has been part of the senior care industry since 2001, initially as the Activities Director for two large senior living communities and, for the past 7 years, as an Eldercare Advisor.  She was also her mother’s voice, advocate and caregiver during her 26-year Alzheimer’s journey. Her passion for working with seniors, and her special interest in helping those who suffer from dementia, led Stephanie to become a Certified Dementia Practitioner. She brings an extraordinary level of compassion and personal service to each engagement with families that are seeking the best possible care for a loved one.

 

Allison Savel - Director of Home Care Services - Allison Savel is the owner and Director of Griswold Home Care of Arizona and a licensed real estate agent. She has over 10 years of hands on experience in helping seniors and their families meet their care and life needs. She brings a compassionate outlook for improving the lives of seniors that dates all the way back to her college years when she worked at a senior living community. She is heading up the home care division thru our affiliation with Griswold Home Care and will also be working with helping folks with their senior living needs. She is bringing her talent and warmth to the Mosaic Care Resources team, let her help you with your care or senior living needs!
